UnikPro does not dispatch games on weekends or holidays.
All games are dispatched in packaging that is robust, discreet and that protects the box during transport.
The box also effectively protects the contents, ensuring that the customer always receives an undamaged article.
The games are dispatched with security sealing, so the packaging cannot be opened by unauthorised people during transport.
Your personal satisfaction for all items is backed by a 2 years guarantee from date of purchase.
You may return any unopened or damaged item for a full refund of the purchase price,
exclusive shipping charges within 14 days of date of order.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.
We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes.
To return an item please send with original invoice to UnikPro.
Indicate the action you want us to take (replacement or refund) and the reason for return.
Please provide your e-mail address, phone number and invoice number so that we may contact you,
if there are delays in processing your return.
This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse. UnikPro does not pay cash on delivery (C.O.D.)
The duration, terms and conditions of this warranty are valid worldwide, except where different limitations may be imposed by local law
in your own state/country.
